If you are using the HTML5 Console you will need to use the "Send Alt+Ctrl+Del" button in the top right corner of the console to send this keystroke.

If you are using the VMRC Console you will need to have the mouse captured in the VMRC console by clicking within it once before trying to send the Alt+Ctrl+Del keystroke.
