The officially supported web browsers for the NICE Challenge WebPortal are limited to Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. The WebPortal does not require Adobe Flash, web browser plugins, or any other installed software. We recommend accessing the WebPortal through a desktop or laptop browser. While you can access it through mobile browsers, it has not yet been optimized for them.


There are two available methods to access Virtual Machine Consoles, the HTML5 Console (Preferred) and the VMRC Console (Backup). HTML5 Consoles require nothing but a modern desktop web browser to use, while VMRC Consoles require the installation of the VMRC software. The supported operating systems and web browsers for each are listed below.
